  8. What do you predict for Lakewood Ranch? I’ve been looking there for many months. It’s one of the largest bubbles that have prices inflated 300-600k since even 2021, not even pre pandemic. Like you said, no jobs! Not even Sarasota! Tampa is at least an hour each way to commute and most salaries don’t support the prices in Lakewood or Sarasota or Wellen Park (LWR 2.0). The prices in Sarasota County have gone up so much it’s almost inconceivable for them to drop 500k. The houses are the same JUNK as they were at half the price. The pool companies are making a killing by raising the home prices another 100k for what was once 30-40k pool. This has to burst! The amount of building cannot be supported by retirees alone and there just aren’t enough hi paying remote jobs, especially in layoff land now! What do you think Melody?
