@MyPookieLebronJames it obviously want the operators fault & these charges will be a waste of the court’s time & my taxes dollars Additionally verbal contract that’s literally on recording She agreed “ok” to calling back & seeing if the mom will say yes to go to the hospital Dispatcher: “ Can you try to get ur mom to agree to go the hospital before we send out an ambulance & call us back” Daughter: “ok” She agreed Dispatcher didn’t exactly deny an ambulance, but offered an alternative to get consent that was agreed upon “ok”

Than the daughter she be charged too Mom died of internal bleeding the next morning So wtf did the daughter do for all hours at night ? Not have electricity to charge her phone ? Not try to get phone service ? So she made one phone call & hours later did nothing ? Additionally verbal contract She agreed “ok” to calling back & seeing if the mom will say yes to go to the hospital Dispatcher: “ Can you try to get ur mom to agree to go the hospital before we send out an ambulance & call us back” Daughter: “ok” She agreed Dispatcher didn’t exactly deny an ambulance, but offered an alternative to get consent that was agreed upon “ok”

Patient rights is what the guy is talking about Emt’s force somebody to go to, that’s kidnapping What medical background if any do you have ?

@dementedlarry GGG umm ya. That’s exactly what she should have & could have done, repeat send an ambulance Vs agree “ok” to get consent & call back

I think daughter is more wrong than the dispatcher. The mom died of internal bleeding the next morning so over 12 hours went by no phone charger, mo service no way of getting help ? Patients have rights, can’t force them in a ambulance that’s simply kidnapping unless court order altered mental status something like that where it goes to next of kin or durable power of attorney

So an elder dementia patient with other psyche issues Altered mental status she doesn’t have patient rights It goes to the next of kin or durable power of attorney Not a comparable situation

@dakotahsmith8320 where / when exactly did he state I’m not sending an ambulance? That’s the narrative of fake news, not the actual audio that showed bargaining & an agreement by the daughter “ok”
1
@dakotahsmith8320 ya fake news narrative Just listen to the audio alone Do you understand what fake news ? I’ll hold ur hand & dumb this down Liberal news LOVES to appeal to emotions over facts. Understand ? Did you believe in Russian collusion ? Hear say from anonymous source Yet Hunter Biden labtop story was discredited, written evidence emails from a non anonymous computer shop owner & non anonymous business Remember what the inside edition said about Kyle Rittenhouse ? Yet how did the court case go again ? Do you need more examples lol ? I’m curious if you’ll even have balls to respond back

Patient rights can’t force somebody to go

@andreafox9137 get of the fake narrative the liberal inside edition portrays. Just listen to the audio alone of the phone call Did the dispatcher deny an ambulance ? No The dispatcher requested she try to get consent & call back She agreed “ok” Lawyers will have fun with this
