  12. You are up to the Scam 100%, I went through 1 of this kind of programs, Had to pay a lot of money to fraud Immigration consultant and Canadian employer just to come to Canada ! And same later to continue to work on Working Visa Program 1 Year after another...spent 4-5 Years , with all the time 1 year extension to became PR later... So every year you have to pay a big money again and again...just to stay and to work in CNDa :( Canada offer terrible money extortionate Program through Foreign Working Visa Program - LMIA for Canadian employers and Immigration consultants who participate in it, in a bad way ( and there is a lot of those on market) !
