There is a big investigation in Ukraine right now, who stole the money for building defensive lines around Kharkiv...like many other things, money sent to Ukraine will end on some private accounts of Ukrainians officials and people close to them ! It was said before conflict that Ukraine is 1 of most corrupt countries and it justify its title a lot of times and now again !
