Read this: NOBODY is allowed to install troops or weapons on American soil (North, mid and South America) without consulting with US, which can reach or harm US !!! US keep the right to intervene with military in opposite direction. If US can impose power of Interest on whole America !...why can not Russia be allowed to ask not to have other "NATO" military troops on its borders ?!
