  10. Does any of you Smarties know what is Monroe Doctrine ??? Why US can impose Monroe Doctrine on whole America (North, Central and South) !... So, any one who is not US can't have Missiles, Bases or foreign Troops that US can consider a threat...or US hold the right to stop that (we know how)... But if you talk about Russia, they are not allow to have security concern questions address !
