  1.  @Truth_is_not_just_social  Control Box for Nucs has always been in Moscow, without it Ukraine would not be able to use missiles...Same, like western-Nato countries who have(USA) Nucs on their territory, box is in Washington DC and they control it ! Learn a little bit more before you develop defensive theory...
