I am not in the industry and I can relate to the stress. We have deadlines for software deployment and there are no excuses not to meet that deadline, Military doesn't care about excuses. However, some people who don't and can get sloppy. I wonder about quality control in this environment. How do they ensure the tech did the job correctly and not cut corners to get it out fast? Can the shop ensure that the incentive for flagging hours doesn't mean short change the customer?
