  1. To answer your question, I can do spark plugs in any Toyota V6 without removing the intake. Its faster and pretty much the same steps minus pulling the intake, yes, wipers and motor, cowl, etc come off. But in would not charge $390 as others do. But, 90% of shops go by book rate regardless if it takes 1 or 6 hours.
