  1. People, Carfax is not magic. They basically collect insurance, city, police, and state information. If it's not reported to any of them then they can't report it to YOU. No police report? No insurance claim? No info for YOU. However, state info from the DMV should always be there regardless. That shows actual miles, maybe, but definitely ownership and title
