  1. I have a 2003 Camry 2.4 L. It has 291000 miles. I had it for few years and it alway gave me around 23 mpg give or take a mile or two. Same gas station, regular service I do myself, all clean MAF, throttle body, air cleaner, oil changes etc.. I put a quart of Marvel Mystery Oil thst has been sitting in my home shop for 2 years. I poured it in the oil with the last change. By the next oil change, 5000 miles, my gas mpg was at 27 mpg. I don't know exactly what it did, but I am sold. Also, oil use dropped drastically, not that it was bad, quart per 1000 miles. But it's half of that now, atleast.
