He equated the diverse population of the city to the fact the council is going bankrupt (‘speaks volumes’). This is despite the video (from a right wing source) stating it was due to a new IT system and a lawsuit. He bands the word ‘immigrant’ about like it’s an insult. He thinks the council and the entire city’s ethnic population are the same thing. So yeah it’s racist, and now that you mention it, it’s incredibly thick too. You should be more careful about who you stick your neck out for bud.
