  1.  @olgalit88 t some point, you have to take personal responsibility. This culture of expectation is wearing thin now. I think you have overestimated the generosity of others here. The afghans defeated the world superpowers with a fraction of the support that you received. The world has many Ukraines in it that we must deal with, not just you.

  2.  @chrissmith2114 I’m not sure the Russians have what it takes to make it to these shores. Even the mighty Napoleon and Nazis failed to do it. And they tried hard. I think this culture of fear is making us concede more and more of our own values and resources with no palpable benefit, in the midst of a cost of living crisis.
