  2.  @Dairy917  how would you like it if people from another place who pay NO COUNCIL TAX, while you do, have a say on how your city is run? How can outsiders know the local issues? You are just fantasising about removing Khan, which you won’t. And if this is to be a law, then why can’t Birmingham and Manchester also do it? As I say, sounds like a child who has no regard for anything beyond the moment.
