@Guapaahi no she’s stateless. She has no other citizenship. Why are they special rules for only some? Law is supposed to universal, that’s why it’s a law.

@voulafisentzidis8830 in theory, yes. But in practice, no, this clearly doesn’t happen. And there seems to very little recourse for the individual too. Just look at Shamima, in principle, no different to the many Brit-raelis. And yet… I can’t think of any other country where it’s fine if you go, join their militarily and commit war crimes while receiving military support from Britain. Treatment doesn’t get more special than that.

@voulafisentzidis8830 and you say this despite the fact that at the time she was underage and a non combatant? At the same time you seem to feel ok where there are up to thousands of (mostly young men) combatants in Israel who are very likely war criminals and they can come and go as they please? You seem to have no instinct for danger with regard to your own safety.
