@manunya101561 I mean held without charge or trial, and if tried, tried in a military court (yes the kids too) with a near 100% conviction rate compared to merely a 6% conviction rate for Israelis who can ONLY be tried in civilian court. Thats why I mean. What do you mean?

@manunya101561 1. Charged based on evidence. 2. Civilian and not military trial for ALL citizens with fair access to legal representation. 3. If convicted, handed a prison sentence. THAT is how it’s done in a proper democracy, but of course Israel doesn’t do that because it’s not a democracy, it’s a colonial settler state
