@haselbasil2488 Israel were doing it for vengeance. There are Israeli hostages there so we can’t say it’s for their benefit. Israel are now going to go in at ground level in to a hazardous terrain they made hazardous, while Hamas is safely underground. So Israel made their own invasion harder - a strategic blunder. Don’t kid yourself, it’s a rage-filled, indiscriminate collective punishment. And this is what the Israeli people expect. This is their mindset. Israel is absolutely not a western or humane nation.
