  10. "Notting Hill Carnival URGED to be MOVED to Hyde Park " Don't be daft, it's a free street carnival that is enjoyed by up to 1million people per day over two days. The crime rate is tiny in comparison to the turnout. Not that this will ever happen but it'd be utter tosh as a ticketed hyde park event.
