  3.  @Betweoxwitegan  You can hide the ownership of assets. You ever read the ICIJ Panama papers book. I highly recommend it. My point however is what is the mechanism to tax these assets?

  4.  @markturner5534  exactly, you can't get this from capital gains, the wealthy are hording their assets under trusts, offshoring, shell companies and other financial instruments, their wealth is literally ghosted so what mechanism exactly can actually be used to go after them?
