  1.  @tayachting6345  We need social housing in this country, it's what Thatcher got shot of and it's why the housing market is such a mess right now. Maybe that's not your story, maybe you've never needed to rely on benefits or social housing ( I don't either FTR ) but a lot of people do, so why take a stand against the poor? What's in that for you? I mean, you are seeing what's going on this country? In respect to that we should look after the poor, not belittle them, and we definitely shouldn't take the rhetoric of the gutter press at face value, cos you know that's just clickbait to rile up culture war BS, right?

  5. Same with places like Portobello Road and Ladbroke Grove. The rich move into an area for the culture, assimilate and then price those out who created it in the first place thus destroying it. Gentrification. And it's everywhere in London.

  6. If you price the working and middle classes out of a city this is what's going to happen. People in power are thick, greedy and self serving nowadays, the system needs a massive overhaul, the first step being accountability for their actions. Unfortunately that just ain't happening because these people are in control of this too. We're heading into post-capitalism. In fact we're already there.
