  9. People were complaining about winter fuel payments going to pensioners who didn't need it, so they means tested it against benefits so that didn't happen. Tabloids exploded.

  15. It's a good soundbite but how do you actually do this wne a lot of their wealth is off-shored and the big 4 professional behemoth accounting companies have whole departments that just deal in tax avoidance and hiding their wealth.
