@warren6891 It's happening because the Tories have left this country in an absolute divided mess. I'm sure Labour need more than the 5mins they've been in power to act here though that's for sure.

@Alan59-n9d Here's what your don't understand. Most foreign aid is bilateral i.e. the country receiving the aid must spend the money on goods and services from the country providing it. If you don't at first understand that. read it again.
