  1. I am an SDP member now for about a year or so. William Clouston is a great leader and hits all the nails on the head for me. He has solutions also rather than just ad nauseum pointing out the problems. Well worth looking at here on YT.

  2. I spent 5 years in Middlesbrough training at James Cook hospital, years later I ended up working where I am now in Birmingham. The difference is stark. Birmingham is magnitudes shittier than Middlesbrough. Its a stinking run ashore and rarely have I ever felt like I was constantly on alert on a night out than when out in Brum. Its a hole. Working in the hospital says it all too, the utter dregs of the world congregate in the ED dept day after day, night after night. I'd rather a night out in Boro anytime over Brum. That is a very low bar but jesus christ Brum takes the race to the bottom prize everytime.
