  1. I work in what used to be a male dominated profession in the NHS. I remember it fondly as a time when the work was performed with enthusiasm, professionalism, efficency, etc. Now it is riven with diversity in the other direction in little less than 20 years. My section has 57 people and only 4 white males. The rest are diverse mostly female. The place has turned into a disgusting display of what I now term as "acceptable mediocrity" in the eyes of management.
