This is bang on the money. I've seen it all used in both the armed forces from which I recently retired, and now the NHS. As as peoples back are to the wall and they get challenged for their negative behaviour they first put on an act of teenage defiance and petulance hoping that will stop the challenge and later begin the victim card showing. This includes but not limited to racism, mental health, etc.

Reading the mirror article Simon links to makes it sound pathetic. Where does this woman think she was and what did she expect realistically? This isnt the new year sales rush down at matalan! It's a war! Whatever treatment she thinks she ought to have received I do wonder if she would have gotten the same in say South Sudan or Uganda and then have the temerity to bring up "wacccistss" and how people should be treated. Prat of a woman who's no use to man or beast.
