  1. I noticed another article on the BBC today about the BMAs report on a survey of doctors in the NHS and being racist. As usual the BMA has decided that the NHS is racist. It reports that 75% of doctors have experienced "racism". It also mentioned that 40% of all doctors in the NHS are of minority background despite minorities representing apparently 13% in the total population. Seems that the diversity is doing ok to me.
