It's not a conspiracy, it's as simple as this. It's "social fashion", all these companies are wanting to appear "inclusive and decent" the media handling their advertising all sit down and try to appear "socially fashionable", they probably think they are on the cutting edge of social fashion by doing what they do. Sadly it's grotesque because they are all at it.
