  1. They are only locking you up if you are part of the majority society. Certain smaller sections appear to get a choice of what style pf policing they receive by way of discussion with "community leaders", as evidenced this week by the chief superintendent of the west midlands in an interview. Where are the community leaders i have recourse to in order to request what style of policing i want?
