  1. Western democracy is being beaten by the weapon of it's own decency by a section of the people it protects and will welcome back if it all fails for them. Would the same happen in Saudi Arabia, or Colombia, or North Korea or Russia..need I go on.

  2. It's an age old thing and it revolves around the concept of Failure I think. No likes to fail, in many things. I believe theories such as this to be a social disease. It destroys resilience, forms barriers to community where none ought to exist and denounces innocent people for feeling pride in themselves, the achievements of their society, or their background which they cannot change (their whiteness in this instance). By imposing this modern day religion (that is what it feels like), they tell people that the reason they fail isnt them, it's the institution and its racism. This destroys their work and the ability to learn from the real reasons for their failure, which are often eminently solvable with some effort.
