I work in the NHS, surrounded by "minorities" our dept is 47 people, 24 are a visible "minority". There are 4 white blokes in the dept. I detest working with the vast majority of them, they are a mix of the following: lazy, unqualified, unprofessional, feckless, sickly, morale vacuums, unable to integrate, cannot work in a team, liars, dangerous to patient outcomes, unwilling to be told what to do, prickly and obstructive. The list not inexhaustible, neither are they all of those things but have a good old mix of them. For my money I would tell viewers the following... do all you can to NOT be in hospital at this time. It breaks me how their behaviour is accepted by "management", I cant blame them in some ways, the 2 we have are diminutive middle aged women who are both feckless ejjits that do all they can to avoid seeing or hearing about dept issues. One of them is so averse to it, she goes the very long way round to avoid going through the main work area to get out of the dept. Pathetic.

@B123-s4j Ireland astounds me, it really does. Despite all the problems that are apparent in the UK, Irish leaders are at the rush to accelerate the incoming of the 3rd world. Not to mention at a rate far faster than we have had to endure here. This is lunacy and dangerous. Ireland has a lovely, gentle culture which is now going to alter at a very quick rate. Is this a matter of the "bob geldof" effect, where Ireland is seen as generous nation which has shown much generosity towards the 3rd world even at times when life has been hard.

My dept in the NHS hasn't take on a white bloke in over 10 years, this despite a huge turnover of staff at the lower levels. They come they go, they get replaced by more useless, feckless ejjits.
