I see it every day in the NHS. In my section, which hasn't employed a single white man in over 10 years. Its patently obvious that any white men applying for a job here are not going to get employed. I wouldnt mind so much if these people being employed were absolutely the best candidates....they are not. They are in the vastest majority, lazy, constantly off work, feckless, unprofessional, prickly, and suck the morale out of what used to be a great department. The most recent inclusions were 2 employed directly from Cameroon and kenya, both of which joined in January this year and up to now havent managed to grasp the basics of how the department works and cannot be trusted to work independently.
