  2. It boils me up that the laws that govern entry into the country are not being enforced. The glib political answer is "human kindness and decency". The behind the scenes answer is "cheap labour". The only answer for the rest of us is vote in new ideas.

  3.  Gooner71  hey mate. Be careful what you wish for, you might just get it. I have a feeling things would get far worse if that snap happened. Politicians seem to be sleepwalking the nation into this. We need a party like current one in Hungary or Netherlands that's willing to sort this out before disaster starts.

  4. As do I. I havent heard one remotely competent, compelling argument from any of the politicians on any side as to why we need them. The usual guff about the NHS staffing, or low wage jobs is only the most slim of possible excuses, and I mean Slim with a capital S.
