  1. Rwanda then, surely it's easier for them to tip up there, rather than making the journey through Africa, the med, europe, then onto our shore screaming for hotels? If they tip up at hotel Rwanda and we have to apply the same rules there as here we wont be turning away too many at all? The flow into the UK will increase?
