  1. Whatever about specific areas in Brum, where I work in one of the big NHS hospitals, there are 53 people in my section only 4 white blokes and maybe 8 white females. The rest are second generation and imported strength, its hard to describe what working in this section is like, seen it change steadily over the last 15 years from a good section with good morale into something resembling chaos and misery. I could cry if I didn't feel so angry about it much of the time. I just think of the patients and how I can only do so much for them in the face of the unprofessional, feckless, and unqualified mass surrounding me. Don't be sick.
