  1. In an equal world, the best person for the any particular job gets the role. They must work hard and be dedicated to get to the highest position they are able to achieve. There is no law in the land that prevents anyone from doing this. Except those that have allowed BAME folk to get jobs that whites cannot apply for. Go.figure.that.
