Been saying the same sort of thing myself in comments on YT, that the dinghy gang will be used as a smoke screen (shocking as it is, allowed as it is) to create the overwhelming news item in contrast to creating even more on the "legal" end of the scale. A scale which utterly dwarfs the boat gang. I suspect also much gusto and wind will develop from how the government has stopped those nasty Albanians in particular...a subset of the boat gang.
