  2. The Prequels had very weak silly moments but the underlying story arc was well done I think. There are plot holes and "why didnt..." moments which are hard to forget but overall they did a great job of showing how you could get Darth Vadar from that small boy in the first movie. The recent sequels dont accomplish anything like this, but it doesn't matter because the sequels never set out to want to do that. They wanted the strong female ideology and they wanted it without any effort at all in the writing dept. A ready baked ready to go ready female.
