  4.  @jackbits6397  yea that’s what unlimited time off is right. You just don’t have someone micro managing you. You get your work done. You have the judgment to show up when expected. Clients are happy. Owners making money. They let us work when we want. Some like the early morning shift. Some work 4-5 hours 6 days a week. Some put in 3 12s. We are expected to log 1600 billable hours in a year. Beyond that, just keep the clients happy.
