I've been wondering the same thing, what the hell do these gazillionaires think they'll acquire by destroying the world that evolved naturally as we've known it for the last 15,00 years? After the holocaust what? Infinite boredom from the lack of our cultural richness and diversity, nations zombified into what... phony Disneylands for the bored, with scurrying cyborgs at their beck and call? Lust for Mars? Just one enormous gated planet with no one left to impress while the slave bots toil unceasingly to destroy all that made us unique in the Cosmos to maintain the lifestyles of narcissistic spoiled brats? I say it's time to remove their toys and manipulations and stick them into a corner until they learn some human manners or better yet... totally remove them from our beautiful blue marble in the sky like the rabid dogs they have become.
