Because the mega rich Italians don't want to pay decent wages, plus the 2008 crisis and the curse of the AUSTERITY imposed by the EU and IMF destroyed 1000s of small businesses and those subsequent jobs and the exodus in the 90's of manufacturing going to the east block countries for the even lower wages than the pittance they used to pay the Italians... more job loss. The other problem of course is that they don't support young entrepreneurs because of the onerous bureaucracy, it costs thousands of euros to open any kind of business, probably because the older generations in civil service are clueless about how money is made today (other than bribes from the already rich). It's like they think the state can make money by simply keeping the majority of the population completely stifled and stagnant. The whole government needs to be revamped and brought into the 21rst century frankly. But the reality is in 2024 that most of our owners want all of us in the state that Italy is in.... a few lords and lots of hungry serfs.

@mariahavraham7507 Don't worry they are everywhere in Italy.... but perhaps you should ask yourself why? Because the greedy Europeans and the blood thirsty, regime change, war mongering Americans are making it impossible for them to live in their own countries and the powers that be want the whole world in confusion and chaos. All of this was a planned agenda.
