  1. Oh please, don't be silly... that's as bad of a technique for the majority as the religious praying for salvation from a non participant and eternally absent god. There can never be peace if you're not safe from your own governments intrusion in your free speech, thought, homes, business or property. That's what you lost with the Patriot Act and you sure as hell can't meditate yourself out of that. Better off dousing Congress with some LSD or Ayahuasca so they might finally see something profound besides the depth of their wallets. 🙄Oh and maybe getting off our yoga mats and taking some personal and physical responsibility for our own salvation.
