  3.  @miglek9613  Now Mexico, I used to live in Italy for 30 yrs, originally the US. Europe has more respect for natural fibers, but on this continent we are inundated with lots of cheap Chinese polyester and microfibers, also synthetic which are oil based products that don't breathe, rare to see linen or silk, while many of the colorful native sorts of tops are a nice cotton, they are relatively expensive maybe because of the hand embroidery.

Yep, everything is crappier and not just clothing... frigs, stoves, washing machines even those stupid led lights they said would last for 15 years... no, I used to pay a buck for 6 light bulbs... now you pay $5 for one and they burn out just as fast as the old ones.
