Perhaps you should look at Agenda's 21, 30, 45 etc. these plans have already been set in motion and this Pollyanna idea of individuals having any rights at all, let alone moving where you want will be eliminated. Ownership of land once gave you the right to privacy and freedom to live as you please within those parameters, this is not part of 'our owners' plans for the human race. Btw Bill Gates 'owns' the most amount farm land in the USA... own food and you control the people.
