  1.  @Protagonist369  Not really. If you look at history, Ukraine was the homeland of the Cossacks, and Russia is where the serfs were. And we can see the difference in the two sides today (inventive fighters versus slaves).

  2. I would say that the US won the war, but then lost the peace. You brought the North Vietnamese to the table and got them to sign a peace treaty. The North Vietnamese only broke the treaty and conquered South Vietnam after the US forces had more or less pulled out. Same thing in Afghanistan.

  3. Sadly, most of the smart Republicans with morals and a spine have been driven out of the party at the national level. The current batch are craven bootlickers and greedy, self-serving individuals.

  4.  @fuelbasti  If you look at the numbers, Trump got the same number of votes in 2024 as he did in 2016 and 2020. Biggest issue is the number of people who didn't vote Democrat. The numbers don't lie. And now those people are learning the hard way the consequences of not exercising your right to vote!
