  1. Regarding taking Chinese investments, I believe the old saying, "he who sups with the devil should have a long spoon" applies. If past history of what Russia and China have done in the past, I would be taking a microscope to any agreement I sign with them for monetary assistance. Same thing with the US, by the way (they have often hidden clauses in agreements that come back to bite the recipient). One always needs to look at the fine print. Plus keeping watch for any pro-Chinese groups with mysterious sources of income suddenly springing up.
