Many of them are becoming nomadic, as a result. So yeah, maybe she should look into vanlife. I wouldn't go into debt for a brand new van, but you can still make it work with a used vehicle. Of course, you must continue to earn an income if you're not retired or on SS or disability. Some people work seasonal jobs, some people work digital remote jobs, etc. Nomad life isn't for the faint of heart, so I'm not sure she would qualify if she can't get her bearings straight in her mind.

Why does she need a 2-bedroom apartment as a young single female? A studio apartment would be just fine. Or yeah, go back and live with your parents while you save money. She looks young enough to get away with that. My 22-year-old son still lives at home. He works and saves almost all of his earnings for his future.
