  35. Sadness and depression are definitely two different things. There's no real need to "treat" sadness since life is a roller coaster and there will always be ups and downs. The downs are sad times. Depression is an uncontrollable thing. You may not even have a reason to feel down, but you still do. That's real depression, and it's totally curable. It's called fixing your nutritional deficiencies. That's the "chemical imbalance" in the body. We don't lack those pharma drugs; we lack nutrients. Too bad most doctors either don't know this or won't/can't tell you this.
