  1. I love potato salad! I use a lot of hard-boiled eggs, too. Pro tip from Alton Brown is to cook your potatoes the night before you make the salad. Put the drained potatoes in a bowl or ziploc bag and add a tablespoon of vinegar. Stick that in the fridge overnight. This keeps the potatoes firm and adds some zing. The next day you add your mayo mixture and everything else. It turns out very well. I've been doing it this way for many years. 👍

  2. You're welcome. It really does take it to the next level. I use organic raw apple cider vinegar but would also use white or red wine vinegar or champagne vinegar. I don't use regular white vinegar for anything except cleaning, although I do use organic white vinegar for canning peppers. White vinegar is mostly petroleum based nowadays unless you can find one that is specifically made from grains.
