  1. Great video, Carol. 👍 I've recently subscribed to a channel called Landmodo. They list land for sale all over the country. Much of it is very inexpensive when you have cash to pay (depending on location, of course). All of them have owner-financing, though, from what I can tell. A lot of it is land out West, which seems suitable for boondocking.
