11:28 mark: I literally went through my already-small home (1000 sq. ft.) and did this work. I looked at everything in my house and asked myself if I really needed it or not to live in a small space. That led to several yard sales and then giving the leftovers to Goodwill. It was a painful process, to be honest. My mom was a hoarder, so it's hard to depart from that mentality. 🤦‍♀

Randy's housing used to be affordable. Not so much nowadays, I'm afraid, unless you're downsizing from a mansion in CA. Stupid inflation. 😠
